Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Management Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free trial — All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing — After the trial, you will be billed monthly or annually depending on your selected billing cycle. All prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Per-seat pricing — Professional and Business plans are billed per user. You will be charged for each active team member.
• Payment processing — Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Price changes — We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at the current price until renewal.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content (projects, tasks, documents) you create on the platform.
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
• We do not access, sell, or share your project data with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Enterprise plans include an SLA guarantee of 99.9% uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Management Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Management Flow is registered.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
